Our Services

All our clients have different needs, tastes and levels of expertise. As a result, we can tailor our service to your individual budget and requirements.  HebHomes offers a number of different options.

Supply Only

With this service we will provide drawings of the house for use in your planning application and for your building regulation approval.  This will not include site specific drawings.  We will supply the kit to site for your contractor to erect. We will need to charge VAT as we are not undertaking the erection. This can be claimed back.

Supply and Erect

This service is the same as supply except we erect the kit to wind and weathertight on site.  This means that the kit shell will be erected on to the foundation which has already been prepared, windows and doors are fitted and the roofing and wall membranes are applied. Your own building contractor will then complete the house. We would recommend this service.  In our experience we not only erect better but also faster and cheaper. More information is here.

Partial Turnkey

This involves us organising one of our affiliated contractors to do all siteworks, including foundations and drainage, erecting the kit and completing the external wall cladding and roofing.  You or your contractor would then finish the house internally, safe in the knowledge that the outside of the building cannot be damaged by winter storms.

Full Turnkey

One of our affiliated contractors would take responsibility to complete the build from site clearance through to handing over the keys. This can provide cost certainty at an earlier stage and keep stress levels low. It also allows Hebhomes to make sure the house is built to the architect's intention, with sharp detailing and beautiful finishes. Find more details about the turnkey service here.

Planning & Building Control Service

Choosing this option means that Hebhomes organises the team of consultants to secure planning permission and building regulation approval. This makes the process easy for you, and cost-effective. The service includes site topographical survey, ground investigation, percolation tests, sewerage and drainage design, site specific architectural drawings, heating design, site engineering and application adminstration.  More information can be found here.  We can also provide the Principal Designer Service which is now a statutory requirement.

Other Options

We also offer a number of additional optional packages:

  • Joinery pack: includes items such as battening, plasterboard, doors, ironmongery, skirtings and sound insulation. The pack is optional and does not include installation.
  • Kitchen and bathroom packs: We have worked with kitchen and bathroom specialists to create fittings and layouts to suit each of our designs.
