Design & Planning

The design consultation process was excellent. My initial choice of house was carefully explored, and any modifications I requested were thoughtfully considered and seamlessly integrated into the plans. The architects kept me updated with detailed drawings, which proved invaluable in securing planning approval. Even during the challenges of COVID lockdowns, the team managed to keep the process moving with virtual meetings, sharing documents in real time to discuss every aspect of the build.

Construction & Budgeting

Despite the inevitable rise in material and construction costs, HebHomes' transparent pricing guides and clear payment schedule helped me manage my budget effectively. The construction process was well-coordinated, with a clear programme outlining site preparations, key milestones, and coordination with the Irish manufacturing and construction company. Thanks to their meticulous planning, the build was completed on schedule and exactly as designed.

One of the standout aspects of my experience was the HebHomes team's responsiveness. Any queries—whether about door and window fittings or the mechanical ventilation system—were answered quickly and efficiently. When the initial structure was completed, the team even visited the site for an inspection, providing a detailed report and helpful suggestions for landscaping.

Living in My HebHome

Now that I’m settled in, I can truly appreciate the beauty and functionality of my home. The design maximises light and space, making the house feel much larger than its footprint suggests. The carefully positioned windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, while the excellent insulation ensures a comfortable, airy living environment—even during the worst of the Irish winter. The house also provides more storage than I had expected, which has been a welcome bonus.
