This large four or five bedroom family home expands further upon the generously proportioned LH502P design by adding a box dormer to accommodate a shared bathroom on the first floor, making it ideal for families with children
As with the LH502P, there are three standard options regarding the rear ‘lean-to’ extension: the first comprises a wind-lobby and utility area, while the second option creates a much larger kitchen and larder, plus an external store. The third offers the prospect of a a home office or fifth bedroom.
One downstairs bedroom enjoys its own en-suite, while the second bedroom – conveniently situated for the shower-room – is sometimes used as a tv room or snug. Upstairs rooms are reached by a feature stair leading from the dining area. With twin roof-lights, plus built-in drawers and cupboards, these bedrooms are functional and airy. These large rooms share access to a central bathroom contained within the box dormer.
Our eco-friendly designs, inspired by traditional Hebridean architecture, are sympathetic to the landscape and can be readily adapted to your specific location and requirements.
