This model expands further upon the spacious LH402P design, adding a box dormer to accommodate a shared bathroom on the first floor, making it an ideal home for families with children.
The rear ‘lean-to’ extension forms part of a wall of service areas that run down its back of the house, leaving the living and bedroom spaces uncluttered. Its addition allows for much larger bedrooms, as well as additional storage space – adding to the practicality of this attractive family home.
One downstairs bedroom enjoys its own en-suite, while the second bedroom – conveniently situated for the shower-room and with access to the under-stair storage – is often used as a home office. Upstairs rooms are reached by a feature stair leading from the dining area. With twin roof-lights, plus built-in drawers and cupboards, these bedrooms are functional and airy.
